ROBERT LABRUTTA
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Robert ‘Bob’ LaBrutta, Maj General, USAF (Retired), serves as our Senior Vice President, Strategic Development. He is responsible for enhancing existing partnerships and exploring new business development opportunities in the San Antonio region and other markets across the nation in the DoD, federal, and commercial sectors. Bob also has the pleasure of working closely with the senior executive team in developing and implementing strategic business and organizational plans, programs, goals, and objectives that ensure maximum profitability while not sacrificing a rewarding quality of life for every RPI team member.
Bob joined RPI following his successful tenure as a Senior Advisor and Consultant with McFalls Associates, LLC, a small but distinguished firm specializing in finding and connecting companies that specialize in disruptive dual-use technologies and integrating them into DoD, federal, state, industry, and academic institutions.
Prior to his work with McFalls Associates, Bob enjoyed a distinguished 38-year career in the United States Air Force, where he achieved a substantiated record of success commanding six major business divisions and leading a multitude of diverse workforces and complex multi-billion-dollar global organizations to best-in-class performance levels.
Bob’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Management, Florida Institute of Technology; a Master of Strategic Studies with “Highest Distinction,” Air War College; and a Master of Arts, National Security and Strategic Studies, Naval Command and Staff College. He also completed the Enterprise Perspective Seminar, Washington, D.C; Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century, Executive “Lean Six Sigma” Leaders Course, University of Tennessee; and Enterprise Leadership Seminar, Keenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina.
