Pauline Johnson, Director of Operations/IT, oversees corporate operations and manages RPI’s enterprise network infrastructure. With over 25 years of experience throughout her diverse career, she has managed information technology and cybersecurity technical teams, communications, marketing, and web application software development teams. She also has substantial experience creating a comprehensive cybersecurity program, to include CMMC certification requirements, and supporting the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Navy and Air Force accreditation efforts for weapons and shipboard systems.

Pauline is a published author of a university textbook on Microsoft (MS) Windows Operating System (OS) and is a technical and contributing editor of additional university-level technology curricula. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology in 1990 and is a current holder of the CompTIA Security Plus certificate.
