Dom LaPore Joins RPI as CSO
RPI Group, Inc. is excited to welcome Dom LaPore as their new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). As CSO of RPI, Dom will be responsible for development and integration of strategy into company operations, business and capabilities development, and marketing and communications.
Dom has over 30 years of leadership and management experience in government contracting, information technology, and as a Navy Officer. Over his career, Dom has managed technical, sales, and consulting professional organizations. He has held senior, influential leadership roles in the start-up phases of four companies. The last company he founded and led, IntelliWare Systems, sold to Trowbridge in 2020, forming IntelliBridge. Throughout his career, Dom’s unwavering commitment to culture as an asset and organizational excellence has consistently produced successful teams and companies.
Under Dom as CEO, IntelliWare grew to over 300 employees and was recognized as the number two Washington Post Top Workplace mid-size company, was an Inc 5000 company three times, received a Virginia Values Veteran’s Governor’s top small business award, was named a best place to work in Virginia, and earned the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum’s Award of Excellence and Contractor of the Year.
Dom has a BA in Political Science from Virginia Tech, completed graduate coursework in business at The University of Baltimore, holds a graduate certificate in Information Technology from The University of Maryland Global Campus, and completed the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania business school’s executive program in mergers & acquisitions.
