Michael Medina is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of RPI Group, Inc. (RPI) where he oversees the company’s core corporate operations, including human capital, finance, project control, information technology, IT compliance, security, pricing, and facilities. His role is to ensure the business runs efficiently, responsibly, and in full alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements. 

As CAO, Michael works closely with the CEO and executive team to turn strategy into execution. While the company’s strategic direction is set by leadership, Michael is responsible for making sure the organization has the systems, controls, and operational support needed to deliver on that vision. He is known for cutting through complexity, helping teams make sound decisions, and removing obstacles that could slow the company down. 

Michael brings a practical, compliance-first approach to leadership. Government customers, auditors, and partners rely on his judgment to ensure RPI operates with integrity, financial discipline, and a strong commitment to doing things the right way, even when it is not the easiest way. 

With more than 20 years of experience in technology services and government contracting, Michael offers a depth of operational and financial expertise that spans the full lifecycle of a contract. He also brings a broader business perspective from having served as a CEO in a different industry, giving him a unique ability to balance growth, risk, and operational discipline. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
