Lisa Pleban is the Co-Founder of RPI Group. She has been essential in establishing and growing a company of skilled professionals providing expert support to our national defense customers. Her focus on a people-first leadership philosophy has driven the culture of RPI Group from day one.

With 20 years of finance and business management experience, Lisa’s role as the senior financial executive in the defense and commercial industry has played an integral part in facilitating RPI’s continuous growth. In addition to strategic planning and developing and implementing financial controls and processes, Lisa’s caring leadership has led to impactful collaboration and strong relationships across customers, managers, and employees. She laid the foundation for functions and departments such as human resources, operations management, accounting, contracts administration, and security. Lisa has managed all corporate finance, including financial planning, budgeting, and establishment and maintenance of banking and accounting advisory and audit relationships since the company’s founding. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management.
