Katie Cettei is the Senior Director of Operations for RPI Group. She has over 15 years of experience in driving operational excellence, organizational integration, and strategic change in the government contracting arena. She has designed and implemented standardized processes and change management across newly merged organizations. She previously oversaw cross-functional teams and corporate departments including IT, Facilities, Personnel Security, Recruiting, and Project Control. She played a key role in standardizing internal processes, leading ISO 9001:2015 certification efforts, launching leadership development programs, and supporting large-scale organizational integrations following multiple acquisitions. Katie is passionate about being a change agent and collaborative leader, helping others, solving complex problems, and building scalable systems.

At RPI, Katie leads strategic operational initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, security, and compliance across the company.  She collaborates with the executive team on risk management, resource planning, and contract support strategies. She oversees the IT department and ensures infrastructure supports both operational needs and cybersecurity requirements. She also serves as the leader for ISO 9001 compliance, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives and provides leadership oversight for CMMC compliance efforts.

Katie enjoys spending time with her family most. Between her husband, two kids, three cats, and two dogs, there is never a dull moment! Katie especially enjoys small town and holiday events such as harvest fests, farmer's markets, and tree lightings. She is always looking forward to a beach or Disney trip! She used to love reading whodunits but when she will again have time for these is a mystery in itself. Nowadays, life revolves around pretend play, constructing blanket forts, answering 254 "why" questions/day, reconning playgrounds, and knowing every word of the Frozen movies (1 and 2).
