In the Community

Our goal is to ensure that serving our communities is a part of the RPI experience.

RPI strives to make a difference in our communities. We are always seeking ways to support the philanthropic efforts of our workforce. Whether it’s a donation, matching funds, providing resources, sponsorships for activities, or encouraging employees to volunteer together; we recognize the power that benevolence has on our society and in the camaraderie of our teams. Community outreach is an effort that aligns with our mission, vision, and core values.

RPI recognizes that people who have a heart for improving their communities make great team players because they care about other people. Therefore, we model that as a company. We are committed to helping our employees improve their communities. We encourage volunteerism so that our employees can experience the joy of giving and helping others.

We believe that when employees care about and support community outreach, give back and try to make a positive impact on their communities, they tend to have a service-minded mentality and value generosity. In our experience, those employees are more successful at and serve as outstanding representatives of RPI to our customers.

DO THE RIGHT THING

Every year, RPI hosts a toy, supply, or food drive for various non-profits in the community. Employees are encouraged to bring donations into our offices to be delivered after the holiday season.

OUR CORE VALUES

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Whether it be at the headquarters office in Fredericksburg, Virginia or on-site at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, RPI employees are passionate about taking care of the environment, participating in trash clean-ups in their local areas.

ENJOY THE JOURNEY

To take one step further from just donating or volunteering, we especially love when we can impact charitable causes that our employees are passionate about. Contributing to a shared cause facilitates team building and strengthens relationships across the company.

EXCEED EXPECTATIONS

For some non-profits, the best way to help is through monetary donations or matching funds to assist their volunteers with gas and grocery bills, lawn care, professional house cleaning, and medical expenses. When we can alleviate a bit of their financial burden, they can focus more on healing and spending time with family.

HELP EACH OTHER THRIVE

RPI is proud to sponsor organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and YoungLife that help child and teens succeed and thrive in life. Children and teen lives are dramatically impacted when caring adults can support, mentor, and encourage them to make positive choices and develop strong relationships with others.
