Allen Payne is the Chief Delivery Officer for RPI Group, Inc. Allen brings over 30 years of increasing leadership and technical management experience in government and commercial organizations. He is adept at building teams, growing and empowering leaders and fostering collaboration. As an innovative problem solver who thrives on rapidly creating and implanting scalable and efficient enterprise and organization solutions, Allen excels at building consensus among teams, organizations, and stakeholders.

At RPI, Allen leads our customer delivery organization. His priorities are developing effective communication and collaboration processes and systems to serve our employees, establish and develop strong relationships with our industry partners, and ensure our teams meet the mission expectations of our customers.

Allen’s diverse career experience includes systems architecture and software development of web-based data-driven applications supporting innovative mission systems, deployment of modeling and simulations systems and tools to satisfy DoD and federal customer requirements, and service as an inter-agency liaison. Prior to joining RPI, Allen worked as the COO and Co-Founder of IntelliWare Systems where he led its growth and daily operations, overseeing corporate operations and customer delivery.

Allen completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics at Central Wesleyan College, graduating Cum Laude, and completed his Masters in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. Allen has been married for over 37 years, has four adult children, and three grandchildren. He loves to travel, cook, spend time with his grandkids, and play golf.
