Allen Payne is the COO for RPI Group, Inc. Allen brings over 25 years of increasing leadership and technical management experience in government and commercial organizations. He is adept at building teams, growing and empowering leaders and fostering collaboration. As an innovative problem solver who thrives on rapidly creating and implanting scalable and efficient enterprise and organization solutions, Allen excels at building consensus among teams, organizations, and stakeholders.

During his career, Allen has provided technical support, designing and developing web-based data-driven applications, conducting requirements solicitation, supporting innovative systems and mission assurances, and served as a consultant developing management systems and working with teams to develop client-directed web applications. He also led the deployment of models, simulations and tools to analyze the mission and mission risk assessments, trained users on those tools and methodologies, assisted in the deployment of models and simulations to analyze mission risk assessments, and served as an inter-agency liaison.

In more recent years, Allen worked as the COO and Co-Founder of IntelliWare Systems where he led the growth and daily operations and was responsible for corporate operations and customer delivery. He guided the evolution of systems, policies, and processes to meet current and future organizational needs and built teamwork across the company. His priorities were developing effective communication and collaboration to establish and run a cohesive, one-team environment focused on employee care, communication and customer satisfaction. His work also included customer program management, financial system integration, performance management and contract management.

Allen completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics at Central Wesleyan College, graduating Cum Laude, and completed his Masters in Organizational Leadership at Regent University.
